In the construction industry, the use of wood-plastic wallboard has become very common. After years of development, the performance of wood-plastic wallboard manufacturers has also been greatly improved, including good thermal insulation properties. Let us look at its surface structure. .
The surface layer of the wood-plastic wallboard consists of a bonding layer, an insulating layer, a protective layer and a finishing layer, wherein the bonding layer is composed of a bonding glue, and additional rivets, rock wool insulation materials may be required, which do not meet the requirements. The base surface needs to be fixed by mechanical method; the thickness of the insulation layer such as polystyrene foam board (EPS) or extruded board (XPS) is selected according to design requirements; and there is a protective layer composed of plastering glue and glass fiber mesh cloth. .
The last layer is a finish layer composed of water- and alkali-resistant, crack-resistant putty and weather-resistant exterior paint, because it has more color and style.
